At Jessica Simpson, we want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After confirming your return, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
